研究背景

茶黄素(tf3)由roberts发现,最初单指红茶中溶于有机相中呈橙黄色的物质,该类物质由多酚类及其衍生物在酶等物质的作用下氧化缩合而来。红茶中茶黄素类的含量一般占红茶干重的2%-6%。茶黄素具有多种与人体健康有关的潜在功能,如抗氧化、防治心血管疾病、降血脂、抗癌防癌等。

2. 研究内容和预期目标


研究内容

在本实验室前期对茶黄素的研究基础上,以c57bl小鼠为研究对象,模拟昼夜环境室温饲养,以不同剂量茶黄素灌胃处理两周,灌胃后辐射一周。通过测量肝脏脂肪代谢指标,探究茶黄素对射频辐射小鼠肝脏脂肪代谢功能损伤的防护效应。

3. 研究的方法与步骤


研究方法

spf级别野生型(wild type,wt)c57bl/6雄性小鼠共50只适应性饲养一周后,将小鼠随机分为空白组、溶剂对照组、辐射(rf)组、rf 12.5 mg/kg tf3组、rf 25 mg/kg tf3组、rf 50 mg/kg tf3组、rf 100 mg/kg tf3组;小鼠于辐射前灌胃14天,进行辐射7天,每天辐射2 h。照射频率为2.1 ghz。
